A Dialogue on Stigma: Psychological and Educational Perspectives
A delegation from Cihan University – Sulaimaniya recently paid a visit to the Sulaimaniya Governor’s Office, aiming to strengthen coordination and foster continued collaboration between the university and the district governor’s office. The delegation comprised Professor Dr. Omed Rafiq Fatah, President of Cihan University – Sulaimaniya, Assistant Professor Dr. Nury Hama Saeed Haeder, Director of the Science Zakat Institution, and Assistant Lecturer Hemen Rasheed Agha, Director of Quality Assurance.
During the meeting, the governor expressed gratitude to the delegation and emphasized the importance of enhanced coordination between Cihan University – Sulaimaniya and the governor’s office, as well as their joint committees. He specifically highlighted the university’s role in offering courses aimed at upskilling employees and improving their capabilities. Moreover, they discussed the coordination of food inspections and the provision of reinforcement courses.
The Cihan University – Sulaimaniya delegation expressed their willingness to collaborate closely with the Sulaimaniya District Governor’s Office, focusing on enhancing the capacities and skills of employees through regular courses. Additionally, they proposed the establishment of a comprehensive database system for the governor’s office, which would contribute to more efficient citizen services and transaction management.
Both parties are committed to further cooperation and expect fruitful outcomes from their joint efforts.
