English Department Hosts 3rd Student Exhibition (Grammatically Correct: A Poster Presentation Event)
On 30th Jan 2023. Mrs. Blesa Ebrahim, Lecturer at Bussiness Administration Department, held a seminar titled ‘The Organizational Commitment in Companies’.
The presenter explained organizational commitments in companies where employees who are committed to their organization generally feel a connection with their Organization. The presenter also described the commitments of team members caring about their place of work.
High levels of commitment were explained in relation to the possibility of increased workplace productivity. And, the various ways that bolster team morale and how it enhances a company’s ability to reach its objectives, and aspire to create a high level of performance and low levels of absenteeism from work.
