English Department Hosts 3rd Student Exhibition (Grammatically Correct: A Poster Presentation Event)
On Tuesday 9/9/2020, at the University Council Secretariat Hall, the first session of the Cihan University Council for the academic year 2020-2021 was held under the chairmanship of Assistant Professor Dr. Omid Rafiq Fattah and in the presence of all University Council members. During the meeting, several issues were discussed including the academic calendar which had been approved for current year.
The Council approved the highbred education system (Online in addition to the actual attendance) for both morning and evening studies in all colleges and scientific departments, according to the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
The attendees also confirmed the resumption of the Cihan University – Sulaymaniyah University e-learning platform to hold a series of training workshops.
During the meeting, modern means were also discussed to provide the best scientific environment so that both the academic staff and students could engage in scientific and recreational activities, taking into account the general conditions of health and safety.
The council continued discussing the points included in its agenda.
اجتماع مجلس جامعة جيهان – السليمانية
عقد في يوم الثلاثاء المصادف 9/9/2020م وعلى قاعة امانة مجلس الجامعة الجلسة الأولى لمجلس جامعة جيهان – السليمانية للعام الأكاديمي 2020-2021م برئاسة الاستاذ المساعد الدكتور ئوميد رفيق فتاح وبحضور اعضاء مجلس الجامعة كافة تم خلال الاجتماع مناقشة عدة فقرات واعتماد التقويم العلمي الأكاديمي للعام الدراسي الحالي.
وأقر المجلس تفعيل التعليم المزدوج(الالكتروني بالاضافة الى الحضور الفعلي للمحاضرات ذات الطابع التطبيقي) لكل من الدراسات الصباحية والمسائية في جميع الكليات والاقسام العلمية، وفق التعليمات الصادرة من وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي لأقليم كوردستان العراق.
كما وأكد الحضور على استئناف عمل منصة جامعة جيهان – السليمانية للتعليم الالكتروني وذلك لأقامة سلسلة من الورش التدريبية المحلية.
ونوقش خلال الاجتماع ايضاً السبل الحديثة لتوفير افضل بيئة علمية ليتمكن كل من الكادر الاكاديمي والطلبة من مزاولة النشاطات العلمية والترفيهية مع مراعاة الشروط العامة للصحة والسلامة.
واستكمل المجلس مناقشة الفقرات المدرجة ضمن جدول اعماله.
