سیمینارێک سەبارەت بەڕێنماییەکانی پرۆسەی تاقیکردنەوەکان پێشکەشکرا
Department of Law holds a National Workshop on the Iraqi Council of Representatives Act, No. (9) Year 2020
Today Wednesday 06th Oct 2021 a national workshop was held at the Department of Law – Cihan University Slemani, at this workshop a number of themes and titles were discussed covering three publish papers and researches.
THE TITLES OF PUBLISHED PAPERS AND THEIR PRESENTERS:
First Paper: ‘The effects of early elections on the future of political process in Iraq’, presented by Lecturer. Dr. Farooq Abdul Maulood, Lecturer at the College of Political Science, University of Sulaimani.
Second Paper: ‘The fundamentals of the new system of electing the Iraqi Council of Representatives Act, No. (9) Year 2020’, presented by Lecturer. Dr. Mariwan Arif Ali, from the office of High and Independent Commission of Elections.
Third Paper: A Legal Analysis for the election of the Iraqi Council of Representatives Act, No. (9) Year 2020’, presented by Lecturer. Aso HamaShin Abdul-Karim, Department of Law, Cihan University Slemani.
At the end of the workshop, the presenters were asked a number of questions and they elaborated on some of the topics discussed.

ئه‌مڕۆ (چوارشه‌ممه) ڕێكه‌وتی (06-10-2021) وۆرکشۆپێکی ناوخۆیی له به‌شی یاسا – زانکۆی جیهان-سلێمانی پێشكه‌ش كرا ،لەم وۆرکشۆپەدا چەند تەوەرێک له چوارچێوه‌ی سێ په‌یپه‌ردا گفتوگۆ كرا.
ناونیشانی پەیپەرەکان و پێشکەشکارانی پێكهاتبوون لە:
پەیپەری یەکەم: کاریگەری هەڵبژاردنی پێشوەخت لەسەر ئایندەی پرۆسەی سیاسی لە عێراقدا لە لایەن (م د. فاروق عبدول مولود) مامۆستا لە کۆلێژی زانستە ڕامیارییەکانی زانکۆی سلێمانی پێشکەش کر. پەیپەری دووەم: بنەماکانی سیستەمی نوێی هەڵبژاردنی ئەنجومەنی نوێنەرانی عێراق ژمارە (٩) ساڵی ٢٠٢٠ پێشکەش کرا لە لایەن (مامۆستا مەریوان عارف علی) ئۆفیسی سلێمانی – کۆمسیۆنی باڵای سەربەخۆی هەڵبژاردنەکان.
پەیپەری سێیەم: خوێندنەوەیەکی رەخنەیی بۆ یاسای هەڵبژاردنی ئەنجومەنی نوێنەرانی عێراق ژمارە (٩) ساڵی ٢٠٢٠ لە لایەن (مامۆستا ئاسۆ حەمە شین عبدالکریم) پێشکەش کرا.
دواتر له‌لایه‌ن ئاماده‌بووانه‌وه پرسیار له پێشكه‌شكارانی وۆرك شۆپه‌كه كرا، له‌لایه‌ن به‌ڕێزانیشه‌وه وه‌ڵامدرانه‌وه.
وۆركشۆپه‌كه له‌لایه‌ن (پ.ی.د. اسماعیل نجم الدین زه‌نگنه) به‌ڕێوه برا.
