English Department Hosts 3rd Student Exhibition (Grammatically Correct: A Poster Presentation Event)
On January 24th, 2024, third-grade students from the Architecture Department of Cihan University-Sulaymaniya went on a scientific visit to Qaiwan Plus Mall, Qaiwan Heights, and a proposed site for a Mixed-Use Tower. The purpose of the visit was to gather information about Mixed-use Buildings under the guidance of Lecturer Samal Osman and Research Assistant Shatoo Nawroz.
During the visit, the students were able to improve their understanding of exterior and interior design, function, structure, services, and construction of Mixed-use buildings. They also had the opportunity to explore the proposed site for the project, which will enable them to design a building that is suitable for the context.
