in reaching good information that is valuable in creation various decisions regarding the processes of the firm

efficiently. Therefore, the nonappearance of this quality leads to weakening the used decisions and lead to incorrect

decisions, which causes loss to decision makers. In concerns of the Iraqi Telecommunication companies,
