Student Activity: Toward a More Sustainable Campus through Innovative Design and Practical Application
Cihan University Sulaimaniya has been ranked top amongst the most sustainable university in the 2022 UI Green Metric World universities ranking.
The presidency of Cihan University Sulaimaniya has acknowledged and thanked the ranking unit staff of the Quality Assurance Directorate for its outstanding achievement.
The UI GreenMetric World University Ranking is a ranking on green campuses and environmental sustainability initiated by Universities in Indonesia in 2010. Through 39 indicators in 6 criteria, UI GreenMetric World University Rankings prudently determined the rankings by universities’ environmental commitment and initiatives.
The Rankings have seen a dramatic increase of participants from 95 universities in 35 countries in 2010 to 1050 universities in 80 countries in 2022.
