English Department Hosts 3rd Student Exhibition (Grammatically Correct: A Poster Presentation Event)
As part of their summer training activities, the Architectural Department at Cihan University-Sulaimani Campus organized a scientific trip to the residential project ” Grand Boulevard ” next to the Judicial Court of Sulaimaniyah in Sulaimaniyah city, under the supervision of (Mr. Sarko Hassan Sleman, Mr. Diyari Burhan Hussein), which was held on the 13th April 2022.
The purpose of the tour was to introduce Third Stage students to the construction stages and design process of residential units in order to emphasise the importance of their spatial arrangement in accommodating the varied functions of the apartments. The various construction phases of the distinct units were explained during the visit, commencing with excavation and foundation work and progressing to the final stages of insulation and external finishing materials.
