Student Activity: Toward a More Sustainable Campus through Innovative Design and Practical Application
A workshop organized by Kscien (represented by: Dr.Fahmi Hussein Kakamd and Dr.Jafffar Omer) and by collaborating with seven universities hosted by Cihan University –Sulaimaniya on February 20, 2021. Seven Universities were participating actively in this workshop in order to share ideas and prepare for the Kscien 4th symposium, these seven universities are:
- Cihan University –Sulaimaniya (represented by: Dr.Lway Faisal Abdulrazak).
- Garmian University (represented by: Dr.Ayad Faik).
- Erbil Polytechnic University(represented by: Dr. Hemen Kaka Khan Ola).
- Hawler Medical University (represented by: Prof.Dr.Hamdia Mirkhan).
- Knowledge University (represented by: Dr.Kaiws A. Faraj).
- Ishik university- Erbil (represented by: Mr.Mohammed Kadir Mostafa).
- Ishik university- Sulaimaniya (represented by: Mr.Ilham Ibrahim).
It was decided to hold the 4th symposium of Kscien at Garmian University, in the beginning of March. However, Kscien Organization is a not-for-profit organization based in Kurdistan with the global focus on development and improvement of scientific research mainly in the developing countries. They strive to hold different scientific activities in the form of workshops, courses, conferences, etc with the aim of supporting and educating promising individuals in different scientific fields, mainly in the less privileged parts of the world with main focus on confrontation of predatory publishing which has plagued universities and academic centers in the developing countries.
