The workshop discussed new mechanisms for granting administrative privileges to Cihan University – Slemani colleges and Departments. The workshop concluded and decided that communication and Media publications including printed and electronic media, especially published materials, should be considered a right to be exercised freely by Colleges and Departments themselves. And that such granted freedom and powers mean less central intervention by the university. And in the workshop, new technical mechanisms were adopted to implement the programs which allow faculties and departments more space to manage and publish their scientific, academic publications and activities.
