Student Activity: Toward a More Sustainable Campus through Innovative Design and Practical Application
On Saturday, April 5th, 2024, Cihan University Sulaimaniya hosted a pivotal event, showcasing its dedication to AI advancement. Supervised by Vice President Dr. Sadat Abdulla Aziz, the Computer Science Department led a training course exploring AI’s Golden Age.
From 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, participants delved into theory and practice. The theoretical segment, led by Dr. Lway Faisal, Dr. Essen Bakir, and Mr. Sadeer Dhyaa, covered AI fundamentals, cloud computing’s role, and academic applications.
The subsequent practical session, guided by Mr. Jutyar and Dr. Lway Faisal, enabled hands-on exploration of AI tools’ implementation.
In four hours, attendees gained insights and skills, poised to navigate AI’s transformative landscape. This event epitomized Cihan University’s commitment to AI innovation and education.
