International Workshop by General education Department to Explore Love and Lust in Hero and Leander’s versions of Marlowe and Chapman

This seminar seeks to examine the degree to which the academic performance of student products selected as a shortlist (Tamayouz Excellence Award for Iraqi Students) can reflect the classic, traditional, realistic and analogous representation of that heritage and thus its potential to produce a product with a deep local cultural vision. This is achieved by evaluating the outputs of many Iraqi final stage architectural students by analyzing those projects on the basis of the structural elements that form their concepts, and by highlighting those patterns that help to foster identity values within their work.
