Student Activity: Toward a More Sustainable Campus through Innovative Design and Practical Application
On 12th Feb 2023, The Department of Law at Cihan University of Sulaimaniya held a workshop titled, ‘The need to improve the curriculum of commercial documents according to the banking and commercial changes currently taking place’.
In this workshop, several lecturers and experts participated who specialize in commercial law and banking transactions; the participants highlighted the content of commercial documents taught and delivered to the fourth-stage students of the law departments.
The question of developments in the field of financial and commercial transactions was taken into consideration, and the matter of including them in the curriculum was reviewed because some of the documents that are currently taught in the curriculum have decreased in practice, usage, and implementation. Finally, the participants made recommendations and suggestions.
