(دەزگای زەکاتی زانست سیمینارێکی پەروەردەیی پێشکەش کرد لە قوتابخانەی بنەڕەتی ژووان لە شارۆچکەی بازیان)
On 27th of Nov 2021 a joint workshop between Cihan University – Slemani and President of the Court of Appeal of Slemani was carried out. The workshop was organized by the Cihan University – Slemani Law Head of Department Assist. Prof. Dr. Ismail Najmadin Zangna. This scientific activity was attended by the President of Cihan University – Slemani Assist Prof. Dr. Omid Rafiq, Deans of Colleges, heads of departments, lecturers. The workshop focused and included two topics: Presented the first topic (Assist. Prof. Dr. Nuri Hama Saeed Haider), a Lecturer of personal status, where he raised a number of questions about the texts of the law and its amendment in the Kurdistan Region. In the second topic, Judge (Jassem Jaza Jaffer), President of the Court of Appeal of Sulaymaniyah region, his excellency answered the questions on the following topics: polygamy in the laws, methods of proving marital adultery and lineage, women’s testimony on marriage contracts, marriage contracts concluded outside Sharia courts, arbitrary divorce, and a number of other controversial topics.
