Student Activity: Toward a More Sustainable Campus through Innovative Design and Practical Application
On the 10th of July 2023, the Artificial Intelligence Center at Cihan University-Sulaimani, led by Dr. Lway Faisal, the head of the Computer Science Department, in collaboration with the Science Zakat institution, under the leadership of Nuri Hama Saeed Haider, organized a specialized technical training program on Artificial Intelligence for employees of the Sulaimaniya Centre District Governorate. This initiative aimed to enhance their knowledge and skills in utilizing Artificial Intelligence technology, particularly in the formulation of decrees and administrative orders.
The comprehensive training covered various aspects of Artificial Intelligence application, focusing on areas such as report generation for engineering, health, and regulatory committees, as well as recording minutes of deviations. Furthermore, the employees received guidance on effectively utilizing this application to access civil laws and the governorate’s authorities.
Additionally, the training provided insights into the process of producing letters and correspondence for sub-departments and the governorate building, including the design of residential support forms. By equipping the employees with the necessary tools and techniques, they gained proficiency in utilizing Artificial Intelligence for administrative purposes.
The technical training session commenced at 11:00 AM and concluded at 1:00 PM, providing an intensive and focused learning experience for the participants. The employees of the Sulaimaniya Centre District Governorate expressed their admiration for the significance of such technical training programs in promoting continuous education and opening new horizons for the professional development of administrative personnel within the Governorate Department.
The training program underscored the commitment of Cihan University-Sulaimani and the Science Zakat institution to provide valuable knowledge and skills in emerging technologies, enabling employees to adapt to the evolving demands of their roles.
