Student Activity: Toward a More Sustainable Campus through Innovative Design and Practical Application
On the 10th of April 2022. Under Ms. Shanaz, Mr. Muhammed, and Dr. Emad Jalil´s supervisions, the third-year students in the Medical Laboratory Analysis (MLA) department conducted scientific trips to Pharma Gene medical & Genetics Lab and Harem private hospital.
The clinical laboratory staff in both private Labs clearly illustrated and described the latest laboratory techniques that are used for detection of viral diseases using conventional strip, ELISA, and molecular techniques (Real time PCR). At the end of the visit, the students had benefited greatly out of the relevant procedures and valuable information given by the senior laboratory staff.
