Student Activity: Toward a More Sustainable Campus through Innovative Design and Practical Application
On Sunday, 19 November, the Medical Microbiology Students of Cihan University-Sulaimaniya had the opportunity to visit the Harem Hospital Laboratories and specifically explore the Medical Microbiology Lab. The purpose of this visit was to gain firsthand experience and knowledge about the laboratory techniques and procedures used in the field of medical microbiology.
During the visit, the students were introduced to various equipment and instruments utilized in the laboratory, such as microscopes, incubators, and culture media. They were also provided with a comprehensive overview of the different types of tests conducted in the lab, including bacterial identification, antimicrobial susceptibility testing, and viral and fungal culture. This scientific visit to the Medical Microbiology Lab at Harem Hospital proved to be an invaluable experience for the students.
