Student Activity: Toward a More Sustainable Campus through Innovative Design and Practical Application
Dr. Rebar T. Abdulwahid, a distinguished researcher from Cihan University Sulaimaniya, recently authored two articles in internationally recognized journals indexed in Web of Science. The first, titled ” Development and Investigation of Electrochemical and Dielectric Properties of Eco‑Friendly Lithium‑Ion Conductor Biopolymer Electrolyte for Energy Storage Application” was published in the (Journal of Polymers and the Environment) by Springer publisher, having an impact factor of (5.3). The second article, “Chitosan as a suitable host for sustainable plasticized nanocomposite sodium ion conducting polymer electrolyte in EDLC applications: Structural, ion transport and electrochemical studies,” appeared in the (International Journal of Biological Macromolecules), an Elsevier journal with an impact factor of (8.2). Both journals are indexed in Clarivate and Web of Science. These articles present the latest advancements in utilizing chitosan, a natural and environmentally friendly biopolymer, in energy device applications.
