On 1 /4/2019 a seminar presented by dr.Jamal Ahmad Hama Kareem entitled (The Impact of Intelligent Manufacturing Elements on Product Design Towards Reducing Production Waste)
With ever-increasing competition and advances in technology, more countries are prioritizing for intelligent manufacturing technology as a top priority for improving product design and reducing production waste towards promoting economic growth. Consequently, this study tests set of intelligent manufacturing elements affect product design towards minimizing production waste at mineral water factories in Kurdistan Region / Iraq. Study results were based on data obtained from mixed methods represented in a questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. Findings showed that the intelligent device and intelligent process had a strong impact on improving product design and efficient use of manufacturing resources towards reducing manufacturing waste.
