strategies encourage the company to make a positive impact on the environment and stakeholders including consumers, employees, investors, communities as well.

2)combines goals of profit maximization and social responsibility.
3)satisfies shareholder and stakeholders.
4)combining strategic SCR and effective reporting will improve outcomes and increase shareholder value.
