Student Activity: Toward a More Sustainable Campus through Innovative Design and Practical Application
Attending two of our architectural engineering lecturers, namely, ( Mr. Sarko Hassan Sleman, and Mr. Diyari Burhan Hussein) as a jury member in the National Innovation Competition in Engineering (NICE 2022) is a groundbreaking competition held annually by Tishk International University’s Faculty of Engineering. The competition is mainly aimed to explore the students’ innovative abilities and providing a platform for them to present their projects to the market. Undergraduate students from Kurdistan, Iraq and other countries can showcase their innovative and sustainable solutions to the most pressing challenges facing the region to expert judges. This will help to foster interest and action towards creating more efficient, sustainable, and smart solutions in our societies. Special prizes are reserved for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams.
