Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Nasih Mohammed Amin Khdir from the College of Law at Cihan University – Sulaimaniya, in collaboration with Professor Dr. Mohammed Sulaiman Al-Ahmed, a Professor of Civil Law at the College of Law, University of Sulaimaniya, and Dr. Ahsan Rabehi, a Senior Lecturer in Administrative and Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, University of Tissemsilt, Algeria, have published an important research article titled “The Administrative Adhesion Contract and the Concept of Contractual Justice: An Analytical Study in Civil and Administrative Laws.”
This study, published in Nineveh Journal for Legal Studies, issued by the College of Law at the University of Nineveh, focuses on analyzing the concept of adhesion contracts within administrative contexts and their alignment with contractual justice. Through comparative legal analysis, the researchers explore how the authoritative nature of adhesion contracts affects the rights of involved parties and examine the role of civil and administrative laws in establishing a fair balance between the contracting parties.
The research assesses strengths and weaknesses within relevant legislation by considering real-life applications in Algerian and Iraqi law, highlighting possible improvements to enhance contractual justice in administrative adhesion contracts.
