In a significant academic event, Cihan University–Sulaymaniyah, in collaboration with Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, Ukraine, and Pedagogical University of Krakow, Poland, successfully organized an international workshop on Law and Business Administration. This notable event took place on the 6th of December 2023, marking a milestone in the academic collaboration between Iraq, Ukraine, and Poland.
The workshop aimed to foster an understanding of the latest developments in public law and business administration across the participating countries. It served as a platform for discussing current challenges and showcasing the results of extensive research conducted by renowned scientists and experts in these fields.
The event covered a wide range of critical topics, including constitutional and municipal law, administrative and information law, ecological and financial law, digital governance, PR technologies, public management, public policy, and innovative educational technologies. Special attention was given to the digitization of education and its impact on the professional culture of specialists.
The workshop was supervised by Prof. Dr. Omed Rafiq Fatah, President of Cihan University–Sulaymaniyah, and Prof. Dr. Petro Kulikov, Rector of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. The organizing committee included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nameer Hashim Qasim from Cihan University and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dmytro Khlaponin from Kyiv National University.
The advisors committee boasted distinguished members like Viktor Sukhomlyn, Henryk Noga, Yevhen Pereguda, Asst. Prof. Esmael Najmadin Namiq, Prof. Dr. Obaid Mahmmood Mohsin, and Dr. Aso Hamashin Abdulkareem. The academic committee comprised Prof. Dr. Yurii Khlaponin, Prof. Dr. Oleksandr Kuchanskyi, Dr. Aso Hamashin Abdulkareem, Lec. Saya Jamal Azeez, Mr. Hemen Rasheed Agha, and Lec. Dzhwar Anwar Ahmad.
Local participants included Prof. Dr. Ebad Rouhi, Asst. Prof. Dr. Awat Omer Haji, Asst. Lect. Sameer Abduljabbar Abdulwahab, and Asst. Lec. Mustafa Othman Hussein. International participants featured Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tetiana Konrad, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Svitlana Kondakova, Lec. Anasnasiia Kondakova, and Prof. Dr. Yurii Khlaponin.
This workshop not only highlighted the collaborative efforts of the participating universities but also set a precedent for future international academic endeavors in the fields of law and business administration.
