The Department of Human Resource Management was established in 2022. The period of time required for the study is four years, after which the graduate is awarded a bachelor’s in Human Resource Management. This bachelor’s degree is fully dedicated to producing graduates who would pursue job opportunities in the international arena with their in-depth knowledge and skills in human resources as well as a solid foundation in business and management.

The medium of instruction is English, with a curriculum designed to enable students to acquire cultural and language skills and to develop an appreciation for various economic, social, psychological, and political processes that impact human resource issues in organizations around the globe. The emphasis throughout the program is to encourage students to develop an innovative approach to recognizing opportunities and risks, to acquire analytic and information technology skills for swift decision-making, and to strengthen communication skills for effectively executing human resource strategies.
