On December 18, 2024, the fifth-stage students of the Architectural Department at Cihan University of Sulaymaniyah delivered their final urban design projects, representing a significant academic and professional milestone in their educational journey.
Under the guidance of Asst. Prof. Dr. Nahedh Taha Al-Qemaqchi and Asst. Lecturer Ashna Abdul-Qadir, the students showcased innovative urban design proposals, reflecting advanced competencies in addressing contemporary urban issues. The projects emphasized critical dimensions of urban planning, including spatial analysis, sustainable development, cultural context integration, and the optimization of public spaces to enhance functionality and community engagement.
