In an effort to foster legal expertise and empower aspiring lawyers and law students, Cihan University of Sulaimaniya proudly presents the comprehensive training course on Common Lawsuits before Personal Status Courts. With the collaboration of Judge Kamaran Rasul, esteemed judge of the Personal Status Court of Sulaimaniya, this program aims to equip 120 lawyers and department of laws students with essential knowledge and practical skills.
Commencing on the 8th of July 2023 and concluding on the 26th of August 2023, this intensive course spans several weeks to ensure a thorough exploration of the subject matter. Through a series of insightful lectures, Judge Kamaran Rasul, renowned for his expertise in personal status law, will deliver engaging sessions that shed light on various common lawsuits within the domain of personal status courts.
