Student Activity: Toward a More Sustainable Campus through Innovative Design and Practical Application
On Monday 22/8/2022, Cihan University Slemani, Department of Law in collaboration with civil society hosted DARBIN organization to conducted an activity serving the wider community. Cihan University Slemani is committed to improving the development of the community’s legal knowledge, youth, and families by creating or utilizing evidence-based knowledge that impacts policies and community perception of the laws that govern their conduct when in public service.
The activity delivered on tow topics:
The first topic was delivered by Assist Prof. Dr. Ismail Najmadin Zangana, Head of Law Department. It focused on and a reading of the law of the Commission on Public Integrity (Law No. 3 of 2011) as amended.
The second topic was also delivered by Assist. Prof. Dr. Ismail Najmadin Zangana on the role of professionals seeking to support and improve the service provided by professionals. Professional ethics pursues the moral rectitude of the professions. It also outlined the role of public servants in fighting corruption.
Group activities such as group discussion, brainstorming, presentations were conducted and administered by Assist. Lecture Hemen Rasheed Agha, Director of Quality Assurance and Lecturer of Public Law at the Law Department.
