Student Activity: Toward a More Sustainable Campus through Innovative Design and Practical Application
On October 5, 2025, Cihan University Sulaimaniya’s Translation Department held a workshop titled “Innovative Approaches to Teaching Literary Masterpieces.” The event featured presentations by Assistant Lecturer Rezheen Nawzad Latif, a member of the teaching staff at the Language Center of the University of Sulaimaniya, and Assistant Lecturer Hawkar Salih Mustafa from the Department of Education at Cihan University Sulaimaniya. The session was moderated by Assistant Lecturer Lavin Yousif Hama Raouf from the Translation Department.
The workshop focused on the significance of using contemporary teaching strategies to engage students with literary texts. The presenters demonstrated how innovative approaches could improve students’ understanding and appreciation of literature, helping them form a stronger connection with the material.
