Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nameer Qasim, a researcher at the Research Center of Cihan University – Sulaimaniya, has recently published a groundbreaking study titled “Advancements in Photonic Crystals: Enabling Next-Generation Optical Devices” in the Scopus-indexed journal Radioelektronika, Nanosistemy, Informacionnye Tehnologii.
