The Directorate of Administration is considered as one of the main directorates at Cihan University – Sulaimaniya. The duties of this directorate include long-term strategic planning, overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks to staff and managing personnel. In addition, this directorate is responsible for employing the teaching staff members, clerks, and other service staff at the university.

This directorate is considered a legal and an administrative reference for the entire employees of the university, including faculty members, administrative and service staff and others.

The Directorate of Administration is linked in terms of the organizational structure of the university to the vice president of Cihan University – Sulaimaniya for student and administrative affairs, which is considered as a major reference to the Directorate of Administration at Cihan University – Sulaimaniya.
