A Russian Delegation of Voronezh State University visited Cihan University-Sulaimani
A delegation from Voronezh State University from Russia visited Cihan University- Sulaimani on 11th November 2018. The delegation represented by Dr. Rodionov Vladimir Valentonovich director of Institute of International Education of Voronezh State University and accompanied by Dr. Jamil Mokhammed Saadoun, translator of Institute of International Education of Voronezh State University. The delegation was received warmly by Dr. Wahid Omar Muhedin, president of Cihan University –Sulaimani and Dr. Omed Rafiq, Vice-president for administrative and Student Affairs as well as Dr. Rebwar Zainalddin, Vice-president for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies.
Both sides showed their interest in collaboration in many aspects and agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding in a near future.
A Delegation from Global Schooling Systems visited Cihan University-Sulaimani
Dr. Nadera Nassif , president of Global Schooling Systems. An International Public Educator /specialized in Peace Education & building.General & Special education, accompanied by Dr. Mohanad Alithawi, president of Dar Alsalam Ambassador Network visited Cihan University- Sulaimani on 15th November 2018,. The delegation was received warmly by Dr. Wahid Omar Muhedin, president of Cihan University –Sulaimani and Dr. Ali Saed, Cihan Universities Group Consultant as well as Dr. Omed Rafiq, Vice-president for administrative and Student Affairs with Dr. Rebwar Zainalddin, Vice-president for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies.
Dr. Nadera explained that she was also authorized by Lawrence Technological University to represent them. She explained about the aim of her visit and added that Global Schooling Systems works with colleges and universities departments and faculty on the planning, development, implementation, and teaching online courses. She also explained that peace education programs are focused on teaching and training academic leaders and young people to underline causes of violence.
Both parties agreed to study the ways of establishing and improving their relationship.
