On March 28, 2023, a workshop was held between a delegation from Al-Rafidain University College and the Director of Quality Assurance of Cihan University of Sulaymaniyah, Mr. Hemn Rasheed, Dr. Lway Faisal, responsible for the journal, and Mr. Daro, the Quality Assurance System Admin, as representatives from Cihan University of Sulaymaniyah. Dr. Aqil Mahmoud and Engineer Muhammad Alhakeem, responsible for quality assurance and the quality assurance system, respectively, were also present at the meeting. The delegation from Cihan University of Sulaymaniyah was led by Dr. Omid Rafeeq, the President of the university, and the workshop was coordinated by Dr. Nameer Hashim.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and exchange ideas on ways to support modern quality systems.
