THE ROLE OF SUCCESSFUL MANAGERS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
On Jan 18, 2022, Cihan University – Sulaimaniya has organized a six-day training course for 140 high school principals of eastern and western Educational Directorates in Sulaimani. The course titled, ‘The Role of Successful Managers in the Educational Process’, and the topics covered in the training included: Successful management, Evaluation, measurement, body language and etiquette. The seminar focused on techniques and approaches that principals can use to improve their efficiency in tasks like prioritizing, scheduling, teaching methods, and organization. Additionally, the training program was created to enhance and raise awareness of current difficulties in school administration as well as how to be energetic, and pay attention to what concerns students.
