Cihan University / Slemani campus offers BA and BSc. In nine different specialties ,
each has its own conditions for application. The are listed below:

1- Architecture Department
– In this department, graduates of only scientific branch are allowed to apply with a
minimum average of 82%. Need also to have at least a grade of (140) in physics and
mathematics.
– Language of study is English.
– Study mode: Morning only

2- Computer Science Department
– In this department, graduates of only scientific branch are allowed to apply with a
minimum average of 60%.
– Graduates of five-year institutes are allowed to apply if graduated from network,
programming, or web design departments with a minimum average of 65%
– Language of study is English.
– Study mode : Morning only

College of Law and International Relations
3-Law Department
– In this department, graduates of both scientific and literary branches are allowed to
apply with a minimum average of 65%.
– Technical institute (Management of Law department) graduates need to have a minimum
average(60)
– Language of study is Arabic.
– Study mode: Morning and Evening.

4-English Language and Literature Department
– In this department, graduates of both scientific and literary branches are allowed to
apply with a minimum average of 65%. And a minimum degree of 65% in English.
– Graduates of five-year institutes are allowed to apply if graduated from English Language
department with a minimum average of 65%
– Study mode: Morning and Evening.

College of Administration and Financial Science
5- Accounting Department
– In this department, graduates of both scientific and literary branches are allowed to
apply with a minimum average of 55%, and of the trade branch with a minimum average
of 60%
– Graduates of five-year institutes are allowed to apply if graduated from Management or
Accounting departments with a minimum average of 65%
– Graduates of technical institutes are allowed to apply if graduated from Banking
Management or Accounting departments.
– Language of study is English.
– Study Mode: Morning and Evening.
